We had Lewis Carpets install Herringbone LVT in our kitchen dinner & downstairs toilet. Craig, our installer is an absolute legend, the installation is impeccable. We love it so much. We also had vinyl in our bathroom & utility, again a perfect job. I couldn't recommend these guys enough. Right from the first time we walked in the Ramsgate branch the service has been so friendly & professional. If your looking for flooring Duncan in Ramsgate is the guy to speak to. The whole process from start to finish has been faultless.

Shambolic! Terrible customer service, and lazy fitter. We had vinyl laid at two separate properties the fitter had no door bars! I had to go and purchase them for him, but he left as I returned home! He had left all his mess and off cuts in the room un bagged. I called the shop immediately but the fitter refused to come back and finish what we had paid for.
