Very poor communication skills. I would not have them let any of my properties judging by the length of time they to took to respond to an enquiry to lease a commercial property (expressways). It took 5 working days a phone call to the office which involved speaking to senior staff before an agent (Rob) to contact me and ask me how long I would like to lease for.
