First class shopping experience at the Levi store. Friendly, help-full staff offering good advice on my choice of jeans and a knowledgeable accountant of the product. I was dithering whether or not to go for one pair of jeans at £70, until the young lady informed me that alterations were free. This was music to my ears, as I was factoring in the £25 alterations costs. Very much appreciated! I am looking forward to collecting my jeans. Thank you.

Jessica the manager was extremely rude. I had a valid receipt with all my tags. She refused to return my item that hadn’t even reached 24 hours of purchase yet because the tags were off the jeans. The tags were already half ripped of the jeans and as explained they came off whilst trying them on, she rudely assumed that I was lying and said that there’s no way she can return them and we can’t do anything about it because she’s the manager. Very rude, very disrespectful.
