On the 7th April I visited this store with my mom for the first time to buy some jeans. I am quite small and have never bought proper jeans so I chose the wrong size to try on. Phoebe and Luke went out of their way to find me multiple different styles and sizes of jeans to help me find the perfect ones, and I couldn’t have asked for better jeans. Their service was quick and incredible and I couldn’t have asked for better staff to help me! Chiana served me on the till and was absolutely lovely and friendly. Overall the products are varied and well-priced, but the stars of the show are easily the staff! Super well done, I will absolutely be coming to this store for all of my jeans in the future! :)

I bought 2 pairs of jeans from here, heavily disappointed, in less than a week became like 2 sizes larger very loose and baggy, after the first wash they lost colour, also fabric is very thin, for what I paid 110£ they are not worth it. I would return them if I could.

Absolutely fantastic service best levis store I've been to by a mile !! Better than the London stores & the main reason being the staff were so helpful and knowledgeable it's literally unreal !! 4 differant staff helped myself and my wife and their drive and enthusiasm was epic !! Well done all involved !! Excellent experience !!

Not impressed at being asked to queue outside in the rain when there were only 7 shoppers in your store. It put me off, I'll stick to the Swindon or East Midlands Levi stores as they don't have this policy.
