I was relaxing at home on a friday afternoon when i received a message on my phone. I was invited to a Classical concert at Levenshulme baptist church. Im a lover of all things musical and having heard that proceeds would go to Christian aid i couldnt refuse. On first Arriving at my destination across town i found this very welcoming and friendly chapel. Inside was a main hall with several rows of seats set out for its congregation. Refreshments were on hand. Their must have been thirty forty people all seated. The Accordian music was beautiful followed by an excellent and very talented female vocalist. I really enjoyed my unexpected visit to this lovely quaint chapel hall and its welcoming population of senior citizens with a number of younger people too. I hope to visit again sometime soon. Thanks for inviting me, it made my day.
