Absolutely the worst letting agent. Couldn't care less about their tenants. I wish I had never rented with them. Catherine is also extremely rude and would benefit from a crash course in common manners.

My child has left home for the first time and has taken an apartment in a building named Spring Place, Luton, with Level Up. first impressions were not great, they found themselves waiting over an hour in reception for a Level Up staff member to show them the Apartment and missed an appointment, as a result. things have since gotten even worse. Level Up do not manage this building, they are not even in the same town, they are over 30 miles away and a 45 minute drive. the building is ran by another management company who has staff onsite 24/7. all the other residents in the building have staff on hand to help and assist them yet my child has no such comfort. they have to call Level Up who are almost an hour away from the building and rarely answer the phone. They feel abandoned in the building and not part of the community there. I am shocked that a purpose built building such as this, has agents from other towns, many miles away, placing young tenants in it. it is an absolute disgrace. thankfully the main agent managing the building has agreed to move my child to one of their rooms within the building, as soon as the current tenancy comes to an end. We have been told that this entire fiasco is the result of one landlord of an apartment in the building, having some sort of a childish vendetta against the main agent and has sought to find another agent many miles away. now my child is caught up in this ridiculous situation due to a landlords petty squabbling and Level Up not doing the correct thing by applicants and advising them of the situation from the outset. Had we known of the circumstances, from the outset, we would never have chosen this accommodation. Appalling. I hope this review serves as warning to any other parent, thinking of sending their child to this building. It is Spring Place in Luton town centre. AVOID.
