Obviously we didn't drink alcohol, they have halal drinks such as juices and coffees and hot chocolate. My husband and I have had hot chocolate here.

Well, honestly, I got a better service at Macdonald's. Staff took no interest in us😒 waited 25 minutes for someone to come over . Eventually, I had to walk up to the bar to order . Drinks + price + experience = don't recommend. There are better places

Appalling customer service. I have rung 16 times today it goes straight to voice mail saying your phone lines are open 12-6pm I have just contacted the reception who say it's not 12-6 but12-5pm! I'll just have to take my custom elsewhere & certainly will not be recommending you to anyone!

I've been trying to phone them for over a week. No one ever answers the phone and the answer phone won't take messages. I've called mornings, afternoons and evenings. I've even tried calling the hotel reception and hotel restaurant but still no one answers. If this is how they treat potential customers then I'd advise anyone to stay well clear. Shocking service!
