    My cab went for its routine service, a number of faults where identified. I was very limited on time as taxi was booked in for its yearly nsl inspection two days later and was really up against as a new subframe was to be fitted, a huge job, Awet was dealing with me and he pushed the works for me as well as organising mot while it was there ( as I missed my appointment with my own garage due to works being done) as well as sorting out meter certificate so cab was all ready for me to present at nsl 7.30 the next morning. Awet was so helpful and instrumental to making sure my cab was ready in time as well as keeping me informed and updated several times each day. He was very professional and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending LEVC brewery road and Awet for the amazing service I received. Thank you Awet for everything.

    They don't deserve that ☆ even. I took my cab for repair and can only say I will never use them again. unprofessional and incompetent. I'm been left gobsmacked with how I was treated.

    Poor communication, swearing in the office over the phone when speaking to other people and unable to provide answers to simple questions (Where do you send cabs for any bodywork?). Left cab for a service, 24hours later still not done despite requesting earlier completion. Busy garage and clearly do not worry about keeping the customer happy as a result. It’s a shame this is the main dealer for Londons only cab option!
