I have always had good service from Aileen and Lisa and they will help out when need something urgently with no questions. Very knowledgeable and are willing to help in any way they can. Deliveries always quick and on time. All my customers that have been there have always had a happy experience and always end up placing an order with us. Big variety of stone and for decent prices but customer service and organisation is second to none. We have now kept them as our granite and quartz supplier.

We take our customer's there to choose material from the warehouse when we are looking for something particularly special; the staff always ensure a friendly and professional welcome and I can be confident the safety procedures in the warehouse are of a high standard for mine and my customers safety - so much so, we have changed our methods to match their high standard. From the moment we arrived, Sergio was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and was able to find the perfect stone for our project. He was so patient in explaining the different styles and materials, and he was very thorough in ensuring that we got exactly what we wanted. His attention to detail was remarkable and his commitment to customer service was second to none. We highly recommend Sergio de Oliveira for any projects involving natural stone.
