If Letterbox4you was a stick of rock it would have "Exceptional service'' written right through it. My initial enquiry about a not-so-straightforward vertical letterplate was met with courtesy, charm and helpfulness by Amy who quickly followed up with details of exactly what I was seeking. Having been advised that delivery would be after Christmas I placed an order on 19th - and it was delivered on 23rd! Well packaged it was exactly as described and exactly what I wanted. A perfect example of 'under promise and over deliver' end-to-end service and attention to detail that one wishes was more widely emulated.

So, way back in October 2020 I ordered a through the wall letter box thingy (LFD-041) from these fine people & it was delivered in a timely manner, the box was opened & of course everything was present & correct - no complaints here. Fast forward to May 2022 & I finally got around to fitting it - big hole in the wall required & duly smashed, the aforementioned thingy was inserted, the hole tidied up & the whole front of the building was painted to finally complete the front of said building. However, what these fine people don’t prepare you for is……..throwing your keys away like a full & complete baffoonery of biblical proportions, BUT what they do have is an Amy Waymy Wookins that can point you in the right direction of their website to purchase a complete brand spanking new lock WITH keys ……… yeeeeeehaaaaa my bacon is well & truly saved. All in all a very pleasant buying experience with the back up when a BAFFOONERY moment crops up. Many thanks for your help. ❤️

Ordered after telecon giving me more details and supplying by email more pictures of item enquired about, changed model and then ordered online, item safely and packaging unmarked delivered next day. What I call an excellent service for a great product that suits my needs. I bought a W3-4 XL Through The Wall Letterbox For One Brick Walls White, bear in mind this is wide and requires fitting / mounting before completion of the internal wall in like me you are fittng to a stud built single brick thickness porch wall, which will be rendered on the outside and plaster boarded and plastered inside.
