Onlty positive about my purchase was that my order arrived. Contacted the supplier with a string of problems associated with the intallation and quality and absolutely no responce has ever been received. I gave up on the installation of my letterbox and left it for the scrapmen to take away. Paid nearly £220.00 for an item which is NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE and should be redesigned before any more units are sold. Very expensive mistake to of bought from this manufacturer.
