Dear Nashir and team, Thank you for arranging my recent holiday to Atlantis in Dubai. Firstly, when you said I wouldn’t want to holiday anywhere else I think you were certainly right as it was absolutely fantastic and well deserved of its 7-star status. From the moment we arrived we were treating like V-VIPs, nothing was too much trouble the room was amazing with views over the palm, the staff were incredible I literally felt like royalty. The food was out of this world, and we sampled many of the brilliant restaurants onsite such as Nobu and Gordon Ramseys. The manager of the club lounge would make us signature cocktails in the evening whilst we listened to the live music which played every night. The waterpark was like nothing I have seen and the children had the best time. Nashir added extra personal touches everywhere like chocolates to the room and he even arranged a magician to come to our dinner table on the last night and my children are still in awe of him as he was brilliant! After what was a stressful week leading up to the holiday, I was so thankful to have you on hand in case we needed to change or reschedule with your calm and assuring manner but thankfully we all managed to make it there and have the most wonderful week relaxing in the sun. Nashir thank you again your service is second to none and we are already looking at holidays for next year so we will be in touch!

Just got back from an amazing holiday in Barbados! Nash was brilliant! He listened to what we wanted and came back with lots of options. Didn’t feel pressured at all and he was always on hand with any questions. Even while we were away we had wine and chocolates on arrival and several messages to see how it was going.
