They refuse to fix anything that is required (my friends house). Had to have the council get involved which they are looking to fine the landlord as a result of neglect. If you have a boiler problem, good luck you’ll be left to freeze in minus conditions.

Naomi did all the Hard work for us and got us in our new home for Christmas, and we received a moving welcome pack too.
