I booked the adult pottery painting evening online for myself and my partner. Unfortunately, the shop was shut when we arrived. We thought that the owner may have been running late, so waited outside for 15/20 minutes, however no one arrived. I received no correspondence to say the evening had been cancelled or that the shop would be opening later than advertised. This is disappointing as I am keen to support small businesses in the area! I will not be rebooking.

Just had the most amazing afternoon with Lizzie at let’s go potty. She was so helpful, so friendly and so warm. She helped us all choose what to paint…we were super fussy so she has the patience of a saint. We all had a lovely afternoon, chatting away to her whilst painting. We will deff be back soon. I visited with my 3yo and there was a good range of items for her to choose from and lots of colour options. It kept her busy for a couple of hours and we were given some free lemon drizzle cake which really made her day. The staff were friendly and helpful. We’ll definitely be going back to paint some Christmas pottery to give to family as gifts. Thank you for a lovely, creative and relaxing visit!

Our visit was fine when we were painting but the service receiving our items has been terrible. First we were called that our items were ready and when we arrived one item was missing. We were told the missing item should arrive that day and we would get a call. Fast forward 1 week and still no call so I called to ask if it is ready, I was told it's busy they'll call me in 10 minutes. Half an hour later still no call so I called back and the lady hadn't looked yet. We collected as we were told it was ready and when we got home part of one item was missing. I've called with no answer and emailed twice but no response. Definitely won't be back and won't recommend

We are regular customers of 'Lets Go Potty'. Great coffee, great toasties and great staff! We came on a Sunday morning and there was a lovely atmosphere and a great selection of things to paint. Would highly recommend!

Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly , staff were great with them . Parking: No parking on actual road , but can park in tesco for 3 hrs and walk down, 10 min walk, or high street has parking. Wheelchair accessibility: Easy to get wheelchair in , and staff very accommodating
