Was struggling to book a taxi in advance for the end of the night at a wedding as most wouldn't let you book in advance or were executive cars and super expensive. Other taxi companies I tried were also quite rude and unhelpful. Tried these guys and they just explained that they've had problems with people booking more taxis than needed and then all bundling in the first taxi that turns up and the others go all that way and don't end up having a fare, so now they ask people to pay in advance. We did this, they turned up on time, good communication by text message to let me know the car was on route, and no faff. Brilliant, would def recommend (and did so to other guests attending the same wedding who were also struggling to book)
