    Avoid at all costs. We paid LetsBounceUK in full to provide a bouncy castle for our wedding. The wedding got postponed due to the pandemic to a date that was agreed with Lets Bounce. When I got in touch last week to confirm delivery I was told the company has been sold, the new owners will not honour my booking (even though the bouncy castle we booked is still available) and when I spoke to the previous owner on the phone he said if I wanted a refund I would have to "join the queue with the rest of them" and take him to court to get any money back. Avoid at all costs.

    Ordered online and paid deposit. Birthday party day came and 1 man in a van came to deliver the bouncy castle. ( other companies we have used always have 2 if not 3 people do do drop off/ pick up). He then said as the back garden wasn't accessible without going through the house it wouldn't fit. ( I'm sure it would have, as we have had lots of bouncy castles in our back garden but probably would have taken 2 people). But wouldnt even try. Ok fine. My daughter was extremely disappointed. But then they wouldn't even refund the deposit despite there being no mention regarding access on the listing ( there was on some of their other listings and that's why I specifically ordered the one I did.) I then emailed them with screenshots of the listing and they then changed their website details regarding the access details on the bouncy castle we ordered- they did this within 2 hours of my email. But still no refund of our deposit. If they thought their listing was fair, why change it? Its more the dishonesty that bothered me. Happy to let children down and no morals. I would avoid.

    Thankyou very much to Jenny and her excellent staff for rescuing us on Saturday. When our bouncy castle failed to arrive from a company called 'Rite Bounce' ( avoid at all costs) they were not only contactable after 5 pm on a weekend but some how managed to get a bouncy castle to us within an hour. They turned out to be cheaper, the quality was excellent and the delivery guys were very helpful. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Tony and Gill Stoneleigh
