The doctors were kind and helpful and made me an emergency appointment at York hospital. I was so pleased and grateful for how efficient they were at making sure I had the right treatment. absolute shambles .Over the last 10 months i have had a severe allergic reaction.Refused to send me to dermatology saying they can cure it.They didnt.Then refered me to dermatology where it became a battle to see me.Dermatologist was shocked to see i had been on steroids for all this time telling it was dangerous plus very strong antibiotics for about 7 months with no blood checks.terrible service.Plus a very private session where i should have been offered a shaperone and wasnt.

Happy with GPs but very difficult to see them in a timely way. This was their response to requesting to see my GP yesterday when I'd asked to see a GP asap:- “Hi, this is Priory Medical Group acknowledging safe receipt of your recent contact. We will contact you again in the next 21 days to confirm when a clinician will review your query.”

I've been in a really low place the last few months and decided to ask for help. I submitted a request and had missed calls that had gone to voicemail on my phone for some reason. The doctor came round to check on me as they were worried and was incredibly supportive. I feel quite emotional with the level of support I've received today. Virtually impossible to make appointments. Phone line is always busy and asks you to call later. You request an appointment online and they say they have contacted you (ignoring your availability) and then they ask you to submit the request again. When ill on the day, we have never been seen by anyone at Fulford. Always sent somewhere else.

Can't understand why they are asking me to go fulford for my flu jab when im less than 10 mins from park view ,and a old lady,who's in walking distance of the fulford surgery has been asked to go to park view.
