Alison and Andy were very friendly landlords who were happy to help. Any maintenance issues were fixed very fast (most of the time the next day). They always communicated viewing in advance and asked to ensure they weren’t going to disturb online lectures ect. The house itself was also lovely, comfortable beds, tv’s in all bedrooms and great storage. Overall I very much enjoyed living here for my final year and would highly recommend.

Andy and Alison are such great landlords, I would recommend their houses to anyone looking! The house itself is very hi-tech, modern and is in a very good location for students. Each bedroom space has been utilised well for storage needs, which is ideal for any student. Alison came regularly to check the fire alarms and responded very quickly to any problems we faced. Andy was efficient in fixing anything we asked for. Both were very attentive and organised so we couldn’t have asked for more! Thank you, Alison and Andy, we wish you all the best in the future!

Probably the best landlords I've ever had. They're extremely attentative and really lovely people! Both landlords are very easy to get on with and strive to make your stay at the house as easy and comfortable as possible. When I moved in, there were already 3 tenants that had lived there together the year prior. Both landlords helped myself and the other new tenants settle in and get to know and bond with the original tenants. Throughout the year I lived there, they made sure that our living conditions were as good as possible, if something broke they would be in either the same day or the next possible day to fix it issue.
