The kids love it here and the staff can’t do enough for you. The main issue is the cleanliness. It needs a deep clean

Not the best experience today , food was not ready before time of leaving the centre was told we didn’t have to leave till we finished but part of the experience is eating with the kids Whilst play tables dirty !!! Constant count down on microphone telling you when you have to leave ( they dont add the 10 mins they have you out side queueing) . Only soft play running covid bubbles . Not the best and probably wont visit again .

We came today as a family of three children and two adults. Absolutely amazing staff and service from start to finish x we hadn't booked but there was space x the welcome was so genuinely friendly and warm and nothing was to much . I'm not sure of the gents who helped us when our youngest had a little injury due to another child's attitude. He delt with it swiftly and helped us with an ice pack and then approached the parents of the other child and resolved the issue with apologies and an amazing demeanor x also gave me info on a club for half term for the boys x amazing food top. The staff on today all need praise and a reward x definitely the best play centre in Stockport . Highly highly recommend 👌

Visit here quiet regularly. Yesterday being the most recent and defiantly the last. We booked in for 5pm & while we were there ordered the kids lunch boxes and two burgers with chips. Well me and my partner have defiantly been food poisoned. I have never reacted to anything in my life but last night was rushed into hospital at 11pm my face swollen like a balloon and my airways closed up. Fast forward to 5am and both me and my partner were now throwing our guts up and I had only been home from hospital an hour. We have both informed the council and food quality. £28 this cost, for 2 burgers 2 brews and two dried up sandwiches with warm juice.

Don't waste your time and money with this joke of a play centre. Just recently a lady who we know and her non verbal autistic son visited let loose, the son was happily playing on the frame when another child started chasing him and attacking him. The lady went and stopped the attacks but the managers of the centre verbally attacked the mother and did nothing about the bully. Special needs children have every right to feel safe when playing so don't come to let loose as clearly the managers don't care here.

We had the birthday party for my son ,but they didn’t do anything but play in the soft play and eat food, there wasn't any other activities to do, they played in the soft play for an hour, then they sat around the table to eat and have birthday cake and that was it, they didn’t do anything else. It didn’t say it would be like that on the website, if I knew I wouldn’t have booked it, also it wasn’t like a proper birthday party with games for the kids.

Visited on a Sunday morning, went with 20 month old. The 0-3 play area is ok. Not very big compared to other soft plays I've been to. A lot of children over 3 were in the under 3's play area which was a tad annoying as they were using a lot of the toys meant for smaller children and tended to push the smaller kids out the way. No one really monitoring this and this kinda put me off going again while my son is little. More suitable for older children I feel, looks great for birthday parties though.
