Have been with Let Canterbury for over a year now. I have to say that Simon and the team always go to great lengths to ensure that the tenancy runs smoothly in the face of any problems. I have read a lot of negative reviews that I believe sound more like misunderstanding on the part of the tenants as opposed to the agency itself. It is worth noting that the rental market is EXTREMELY regulated and as such, agents have to abide by very strict guidelines on practise. You can trust all of the team at Let Canterbury. They work both ethically and morally. A brilliant organisation with dedicated staff. Thank you for a smooth tenancy!

They work real quick if it means getting money out of you, but if it means returning your deposit or doing anything that doesnt involve Let Canterbury making money off of you, good luck with even getting a reply. I wouldn't rent a mansion from Let Canterbury even if the rent was £10 a month. EDIT: Not Unknown to Let Canterbury (further proves my point)
