I contacted Leslies Mazda this week about an issue with the ignition on my father's car. I was unable to help as I'm not on the Island. The gentleman on the phone was very helpful with the advice he gave and another member of staff offered to pop in to assist on her way home from work. Thankfully, my father was eventually able to resolve the problem himself, but it's comforting to know that I can call on Leslies for any help in the future.

I am delighted with the service received from Leslies Mazda. They went beyond what I would have expected, tracking down a knocking noise to a single loose bolt underneath the dashboard. When I dropped the car off they drove me home and once they had fixed it they brought it back to me. I am delighted that they were able to find the source of the noise and silence it forever. I purchased a car from Leslie’s Mazda back in April and the customer service was brilliant. I had Ian to help me with the process and he made it really easy. I was given a 3 month warranty with the car and the service department have been amazing with getting my car in and fixing any little bits that needed doing. They told me a few things they would do to the car to get it back looking perfect and stuck to every word! Will definitely be buying my cars from here in the future.
