Lucky the site can only leave 1 star because I would leave nothing. Don't waste your time or money with this guy - no real design flair, no idea, can't get the words out to express himself - totally wasted my time telling me to withdraw a planning application after he should have known better. Luckily I called the planners and managed to keep the application in place and through me talking with planners I eventually got planning. Get someone who knows what they are doing and can tell you in plain words what they are doing and a time scale to get it done. Avoid this guy.....
