Brett has looked after me for a number of years, working out of the UP Mayfair gym where I train. I train heavier than most and Brett has kept me mobile and healthy. He has specifically corrected a weakness in my left side which prevented me loading up as I wanted. I have now hit my goals as far as squat and deadlift, which to me are important. Plus I move better in general. I would recommend Brett wholeheartedly!

After stem cell knee replacement surgery & subsequent knee surgery I had been signed off by my surgeon and physio but still had extreme pain in my knee 24/7 . After Brett’s assessment that is was my collapsed arches in my feet that were the problem and only one session my knees were free of pain for the first time in over 3 years . There is still work to do but I have the right guidance and expertise helping me now. I can’t recommend Leskupu Clinic highly enough .

Brett has done and is doing a great job on my knees, a whole host of relevant treatments including Acupuncture and many others I can’t name. He has increased mobility and reduced pain dramatically and is staving off the inevitable new knee op hopefully for many years to come. Brett also treated my 21 year old son who was having chronic back pain. A couple of sessions with Brett and a set of orthotics and Jamie is now pain free and fully mobile. Many thanks from both of us Brett.

My first appointment with Brett was due to severe pain in my lower back and my knees. After the initial assessment and treatment, turns out I needed Orthotics - the pressure I was putting on my knees and whole alignment of my back during my weight training sessions and generally walking was the cause of the pain. His professionalism and in depth knowledge of my treatment plan gave me a lot of confidence in what I needed to do to recover. Ongoing treatment and home exercises got me through the injury, and I felt a lot better using the Orthotics to re-align my posture. I haven't suffered such pain since, and that is because Brett is brilliant at what he does! I may have check-ups here and there, but that's just for my sanity in knowing that everything is still as it should be :) Highly recommend Brett, which I have done to many of my friends!

His knowledge of the anatomy and how the body works is unparalleled, and working with him has significantly improved my mobility and strength and massively reduced my general aches and pains. By working closely with the trainers at UP his treatments are incredibly complimentary to my workout program and have improved my performance immensely. The range of services he performs - from manipulation to soft tissue work such as acupuncture and cupping - is a fantastic holistic approach that gives great results. Brett is also a genuinely great guy and has his clients best interest at heart so it’s always highly educational and fun to have a treatment.
