Unprofessional and a bit rude. Made a 45 minute journey to visit, got there at 4pm when they're supposed to be open until 5. No one was there, no note to say they'd be back or closed early on the door, no pickup on either telephone number, voicemail is a generic pre recorded message without even the business name on it. When the bloke called me back, even though it was still only 4.30pm he said it wasn't possible to come and see the car we were interested in that day because someone that works there is using it. Grays down the road are friendly with a bigger choice, I won't bother going back to this place as they seem to be the type of car traders that make buying a car even more time consuming and stressful than it needs to be.
