Top service. I took my nailgun to Les K Power Tools Ltd with misfiring problems. I was desperate for it to be repaired ASAP as I needed it that week. He did me a huge favour and pushed it through as an urgent job. It was repaired within 24 hours and he gave me some top tips for future use to prevent the same problem happenening again. Top service, top bloke, would highly recommend.

My Makita MLT100 table saw stopped working while cutting a wet piece of timber which was way too big for the saw but I thought I'd give it a try anyway! Spoke to Bill on the phone who was really helpful and offered to have a look. I asked if he had any idea how much it would cost, he told me that a recent motor rebuild on another MLT100 had cost about £260. I took it in and the next day he phoned me to say that he had had a look and reset the thermal cutout switch and it was now running well. I had prepared myself for a bill of about £260 so being charged a fraction of this for Bill's time was a great relief. Thanks for your honesty and quick turnaround.
