  I’ve had numerous sets of alloys refurbished at Lepsons from when I first started using them in 2015. I’m usually pleased with the outcome of their work. Unfortunately, the most recent set of wheels sent to Lepsons couldn’t have been a more stressful experience if I tried. A set of 12” steels from a 40 year old classic car required a refresh. They certainly weren’t in bad condition to begin with, but decided to enlist Lepsons as I knew I could trust them to deliver on their usual high standards. I made the initial call to Lepsons to make sure they were comfortable with refurbishing steel wheels; I also mentioned the outer rim was slightly bent on two of the wheels and required straightening. “Yep, no problem, they go through a similar process as our alloy wheels” I was told. Alloys duly booked for their collection and drop-off service. Wheels were completed and returned on the Friday. On first glance, the wheels looked lovely however, that smile and excitement was soon very short lived: The wheels had no weights on (this is the second time this has happened to me). The wheels had not been straightened and generally looked like a very poor refurbishment on closer inspection. I rejected the wheels on the basis I wasn’t prepared to pay in excess of £430 for a job which was way below the usual ‘Lepsons’ standard. I awaited patiently for Lepsons to call me on Friday, no call. I waited until Monday afternoon until I folded and contacted Lepsons to voice my disappointment and concerns that a job which is their bread and butter, has left me angry and frustrated. I spoke to Amy who offered to investigate the issue. Amy eventually called me back with an update. To cut a long phone conversation short, I was offered a 10% discount and a whole heap of excuses, the best excuse being: “the person who booked your wheels in is in training and should have told you we can’t straighten steel wheels.” Sure. I believe you, Amy. Anyway, after eventually speaking with another chap who made many excuses, I told him to dip and media blast the wheels and return everything back to me as I can’t stand the excuses and lack of empathy. It’s fair to say, as a retail client, I have only ever recommended you to friends and those random people usually at car events of how good Lepsons are, next time, I won’t be doing this in the future. The wheels are currently with a small independent alloy wheel refurbishment company who have agreed to fix the mess (and huge disappointment) that Lepsons have caused. Sorry, but I won’t be returning ever again.

  Diagnosed issue with my alloy wheel. Advised me that the wheel was beyond repair. No charge. Excellent & honest service. Will certainly use again and highly recommend Lepsons Ltd.

  Took my spare wheel in for inspection as I suspected it may not be true. Helpful guy put it on a machine and confirmed it was slightly out. 1 week later collected straightened wheel and its like new. Great service and people would thoroughly recommend

  Just had my Merc CLS wheels refurbished and finished in a Matte Black!! OMG they look amazing!! The service i received throughout was faultless and the level of workmanship was perfect!! Anyone looking to have their wheels done only need to look here!! Special mention to the girls on the desk they were brilliant!! Thanks so much guys!

  Fantastic company, brilliant staff and amazing prices. Booked my car in via the gorgeous receptionist quickly and easily, brought my wheel in at my convenience and was shown where to take it by multiple lovley employees. Dropped it off and come back for it in about 3 days, just before Christmas as well so amazing turnaround time. When i bought my car back to Collect it, they offered to put it back on, no charge, and minutes before closing! A brilliant company. Not only did they call me to let me know everything they was doing and asked me everything possible to make sure my wants were fulfilled, the wheel was fixed amazingly well. Clearly a top, professional service as my wheel had literal chunks missing out of it and when i got it back it might as well have been brand new. The staff are a credit and deserve to know it. Thank you guys, youll be seeing the second wheel very soon!
