Awful customer service: We arrived at the store here in St John's Wood at 15.40 in the afternoon on Xmas Eve, believing it would be open based on the information on the website which stated clearly that the store would close at 18.00. Literally as we reached the door, a member of staff flipped the 'open' sign over and locked it. I find it odd that they did not even wait to close on the hour (16.00). There was still a customer in the store, being served. Multiple other potential customers stood outside then left when they noticed the sign. What a way to lose business!
