I specifically asked to fill my box with only dark chocolates, and how disappointed I was to discover that half of the box contained milk chocolate and unconventional flavours such as strawberry and mushroom-shaped candies! Although I was the only customer present the attendant hurriedly filled the box without naming the chocolates she was picking and didn't include a menu in the box. I am disappointed because in previous years I had been offered to hand-pick chocolates while the seller was walking me through each flavour. Expecting similar service I planned for the box to be a tailored gift that reflects my knowledge of recipient's taste, rather than a generic, last-minute gift. Not only am I disappointed that half of the box did not meet my specifications, but this has ruined my idea of a tailored gift!
