Was invited to an interview here which I confirmed I would be attending and when I arrived they had no record of a booked interview. I then had to wait nearly 45mins for them to work out what to do and ended up being interviewed by two people who were nothing to do with the vacancy. It was still a lengthy interview nearly 2hrs which I had spent a great deal of time preparing for considering the nature of the business and was told they would be in touch within 48hrs. I’ve never even received a phone call or email telling me I had been unsuccessful. I don’t expect companies to reply to every single application but when it’s got to the interview stage for a high level role which they c0cked up I would of thought a short email just out of courtesy would of been the very least they could do. It was insulting, unprofessional and rude.
