The worse membership for Gym and Spa ever I strongly suggest to find somewhere else Me and few members received so many parking tickets and they wont cancel them. From the start all spa was bad etc rusty, dirty , urine in the toilets , then once people started to posting the pictures, in one evening band to take pictures was introduced so they will not be embarrassed on social media Spa manager is rude and unprofessional, definitely more training needed there of how to speak with guests. She will not take any comments about the spa, in her mind its a perfect clean place, apart from the toilets etc Definitely will post more in the future as this how they treat their guest its unbelievable. Avoid!! Avoid !! Avoid!! Tried to talk to General Manager but always not available apparently

Worst hotel experience. I’m here for my company to go to work during the nights. I have a sign on the door saying do not disturb and yet each day they have knocked on the door asking for room Service. what is the point of the sign then if your just going to ignore it. They keep arguing about us paying for food each day even when they gave us the bloody food vouchers that my company paid for . It’s a horrible place. Much prefer a premier inn There is a lot of points I could explain.but I’d rather stay in a different hotel away from here. Never again.

Located next to beautiful parks, very kind personnel. Liked the blankets and pillows, very comfy.
