Really poor. Check in took 25 minutes because they were having issues with the room keys. This wasn't communicated to me, instead I just stood at the desk whilst a few staff were pointing at computer screens. I eventually got to my floor and was greeted to 3-4 fellow customers who were raging about none of the keycards working for their rooms. The hotel itself was tired, the rooms were a bit shoddy. My iron wasn't working, bathroom looked tired and lacking for a 4*
