It's fine for staying a night before flying but the rooms are looking tired. Everything clean and tidy. The restaurant and bar menus are the same so I felt the choice was a bit limited. However the food itself was good. Also the staff were really kind and friendly. Buffet breakfast £14 each. Rooms : 3/5 | Service : 5/5 | Location : 5/5 … More

Everything about the hotel is brilliant except the service in the restaurant, we had a brown haired waitress was completely rude and disrespectful. Clearly does not want to be there and shows it. It made me feel uncomfortable to be there. That’s not how I should feel when going for food in a restaurant. We are a paying customer and should be treated like a human not some s*** on the floor.

Rooms: Standard rooms, but they have a bad soundproofing. You hear every person walking in the aisle. Walkability: 5 min walk from the Airport Terminal.

Brought the meal voucher when booking online (valued at £25). Spent £14 at the evening meal but was unable to use the rest of the voucher towards a continental breakfast in the morning. Feel rather cheated tbh. Otherwise excellent facilities very clean and the staff are lovely and helpful. I would recommend, but, unless you like a two or three course meal avoid the meal voucher.

Starting with the good points, it’s in an excellent location close to the airport which is brilliant. Now the not so good points, to get dropped off you have to get a car park ticket, which then needs to be validated inside the hotel, as you can imagine a pensioner being my father got a little flustered and worried about being charged upto £15 for an hour. The member of staff we dealt with was very friendly however having one member of staff on reception at what could be called park time was a joke, waiting 25 mins to get checked in and a ticket validated wasn’t a good start and the other customers didn’t think so either. The hotel on the looks of things is very classy inside however the smell is so strong inside the building that it can be very overbearing and gets on your chest. After checking in we was then told to carry our 22kg suitcases up a large flight of stairs as they had no lift! If you’re elderly forget going upstairs with heavy bags. Into the room and first impression was very good, however the bath we couldn’t get to work at all, the shower kept coming on but could we make the bath taps work no. We had to leave at 3:30am as our flights was early, we went to bed at 9:30pm expecting noise but at 1am we realised the noise wasn’t going to stop and we wasn’t going to get a good sleep, in total we got maybe 2 hours of rest. The walls are very thin, the floorboards creek, and the general layout of the hotel means everyone has to make noise everywhere they go. We couldn’t wait to check out and next time we’ll be using a premier inn as you know exactly what to expect. All in all a very disappointed and unhappy couple of guests, would I recommend… no, we prebooked months ahead and at £50 for the night I guess you get what you pay for.
