Absolutely DISGRACEFUL service Absolutely DISGRACEFUL service, the worst I have ever experienced from any agents!! My partner is disabled and was 5 minutes late to a viewing last week due to the rail strikes. Dominic Ogun then left just before she arrived, and he never called her or anything! This has happened AGAIN today. He was not there when she arrived, as she was only 3 minutes late. There is no consideration or empathy from Dominic, it's disgraceful.

Dishonest and untrustworthy agency and landlords. We saw a property that was offered as fully furnished and decided to rent it. We paid the deposit, signed the contract and then the letting agent disappeared. After many emails and calls just two days before we moved in we were told the house would not have any furniture. No apology or discount on rent was offered. We moved into an empty house at the beginning of the first lockdown. Getting furniture was more than hard with the pandemic in full swing. The house, which we were told had been professionally cleaned, did have MOULD, MICE DROPPINGS and full GARBAGE BAGS though. This is how our two years odyssey started with Leonard Leese. They are utterly incompetent and wilfully dishonest. They could not deal with the mould issues, with the mice problem and general faults with a house that was old, so damp the wooden windows were rotten and had ancient appliances. It was always our fault despite the external agency house inspections and contractors reports stating to the contrary. Before we left, the house was advertised as fully renovated with new appliances. Do not trust this agency and the landlords: they are both into house scams and you might not see your deposit back unless you go though a Dps complaint.

We had an exceptional experience with Leonard Leese. When an unexpected problem arose at the property, Leonard Leese arrived the same day, talked it through with us, compassionately and practically. Within a week, everything was sorted, which included liasing with several agencies. I can see some people may have had different experiences in the past, but I couldn't recommend them more highly.

Sophie Jones you are worth your wait in gold and some!!!! This lady has helped us through the complex & stressful sale of our flat for which we will truely forever grateful. Thank you Sophie from the very bottom of our hearts. I am not easy person to deal with but you have been amazing, patient and very tolerant. Toby Bailey and his team at Leonard Leese have also been fantastic, after we failed to sell at auction we approached Leonard Leese and another firm of estate agents to act for us in selling the flat. The other estates agents were dropped after a month as Leonard Leese had way more viewings. Viewings that lead to our first offer not long after going on the market. Unfiortunately that sale fell through but the team were all over it when it went back on the market in April. We completed yesterday and both my husband and I would like to say a massive thank you to you all.
