They are not professional. First they do not answer the phone, when they finally do and I tried to organise a viewing they give the run around and then don't book anything. They promised to send a video as part of their process and then they dont send it at all. Called 3 times and still it was not sent. By the time I called a fourth time they just said, sorry it is all fully booked. It wouldn't be fully booked for me if they had booked me when I first called. Instead they just treat you like children and make you go through hoops and loops even after they know that it is fully booked. Please be professional and adult about it and do not play with people. Their treatment is enough to put anyone off dealing with them
