Very disappointed after my visit today. As an AD for Tissot, I took my Tissot in to have a few links taken out of the bracelet. The watch was not purchased from the store, so I had anticipated a small, reasonable charge. Although the staff were all lovely, they were unsure of what the cost would be, and called for a manager. The manager told me it would be £25. This was very excessive, and as the bracelet was not particularly complicated, it was an unjustifiable price in my opinion. I ended up around the corner at Christie's, who charged £8 and it took less than an hour.
