Leon's food has gone downhill a bit. Far too much salt, and they've dropped their healthier salads. Most savory food they sell has salt, salt and more salt.

Food was decent and staff behind the scenes seemed to pumping out food at a good speed. I’d prefer the flatbread to be warmed, it was served cold. I thought the machine and queuing system was poor - lots of people were confused, staff were calling numbers and not names. My thoughts are, get rid of names, people will focus only on order number which is tried and tested. Staff at the counter may be busy, but I found them borderline rude / unapologetic when I walked back and pointed out that they had forgotten to include one item - by the end I almost felt bad for flagging it - just say “sorry”, I appreciate mistakes happen! Overall 2.5*, but I will give it another go at some point and re-rate.
