Complete waste of time. My mother was left stranded, as their batteries of less than 2 months old quit whilst she was in town shopping. She had to call me to push her to my car! It took ages to get replacements and they were no good either. I had to get batteries from my local mobility shop and then finally get a refund from the idiots at DBS! So not impressed! Customer service skills sorely lacking in a big way!!!!!!!

They delivered 2 new batteries without charge, which I considered very generous and professional, I was particularly impressed with the courtesy with which I was treated during this experience
