Absolute disgrace, I've had to chase for past 3 weeks to get anything done. Lack of communication. Got wrong order so had to redo. No proper information taking, I ended up doing my own statement. Eventually get emergency hearing 22nd Dec am and paperwork was not sent to court till 3pm. I had to chase court for Emergency order which was received 4.44pm. Laura sent it to Ncdv to supposedly be served. U got it nothing has happened and wount for 5days. Exstremely poor communication, I've been left further abused by the people that should help me. Don't bother, get solicitors who care. I'm now locked again in my home, in hiding with no one to help me. Abandoned and obviously do not care about their duty of care to their client.
