Awful recruitment policy, manager and customer service team are very rude, unaccommodating and liars. They have 0 tolerence for feedback yand become very aggressive if you suggest something that might be helpful but they don’t agree with. Got told by manager that she runs the business her way and doesn’t care about how I think or feel about how fair I was treated by her.

My partner applied for a position with Lenpart in Charlton and called up 4 times to check the progress of the application after an interview and trial but all four times, she was informed the manager who was required was not in, even though she could be heard in the background. My partner then phoned up again to explain how disappointed and upset she felt after being treated the way she did to be called back by the manager being accused of being nasty and angry but multiple witnesses confirmed she was actually being very polite. She then explained she was not trying to come across as being nasty, in fact just trying to provide some constructive criticism from an interviewee’s point of view. To then be threatened that the company will remove the CV and file from their system because she provided constructive criticism regarding the companies recruitment strategy. My partner also informed the manager of Lenpart Charton that she had infact lost a position that was offered to her during this time as she was waiting on Lenpart’s decision but did not receive any kind of apology for the lack of communication, just lies to say they had emailed the decision but could not provide any evidence. Would not suggest anyone applying for a position with this company in their Charlton branch as office staff are very rude.

Outstanding Service! I needed a couple of pieces of threaded pipe for a small project. I doubt I will need to use Lenpart again, but if I did, it would definitely be my first port of call. The service I received from Jay-Cee and Roger was helpful, friendly and super efficient. Roger is one of those positive, 'can do' characters every good company should have!
