Had my machine serviced and a small part replaced. I was really happy with the customer service, timescale and the price. When I picked up my machine the lovely gentleman who runs the shop gave me a quick lesson on how to use it properly and do's and don'ts. I felt so welcome and I'm pleased this gem of a place is still going :)
