    This place isn't a hotel, it's a hostel at the most. No check in desk, no staff to be seen. I was shown to my room by a tennet who rents a room at the address. The room was absolutely filthy, I do hate to say it but I have to be honest. I literally couldn't get the smell of garlic out of my clothes and had to throw them away. I had to use most of my clothes to make a make shift bed as the bedding stunk and hadn't obviously been changed. They don't deserve any star, the audacity of this make shift hotel to charge me 100 pounds a night is disgusting. STAY AWAY.

    I arrived in Folkestone 2 months ago and Dino and Thelma and my housemates really went out of their way to make me feel settled. 5 minute walk to Sunny Sands beach ⛱️ and parking for a car I hardly use because everything is in walking distance. Such a lovely concept. I have an ensuite, fridge, freezer microwave, and then do my laundry and cooking in the well equipped general areas. It's perfect for transitions and contract workers.
