    I'd like to give zero stars. This place isn't even a post office. More of a greeting card shop. The staff were so rude. Then the lady told me they don't do Amazon returns. "we aren't that kind of shop". Excuse me? You're NOT a 'shop" you're a post office. It's a return. What does it matter where it's going? I couldn't get to my return QR code in time so she told me they can't scan those codes anyway. She did everything BUT throw me out! I don't care it's a minute from my house. I'll never set foot in that place again!

    Very rude woman behind the counter. She said I couldn't post anything over 10kg and when I asked why she said "that's just our rule", even though I've posted over 10kg many times. When I asked which rule it was she just said "our rule", and then said "thank you goodbye" and looked to serve the next customer. Absolutely awful.

    This is the worst post office I have ever been to and never will go to again..! The two old ladies working there are rude and make you feel like the biggest inconvenience. You don’t like your job get lost, you are over 65 anyway... why work there ?? They pick and choose who they wish to be friendly and helpful to. All my friends had same bad experiences and been on the receiving end of these rude ladies! Absolutely Disgusting Old Women, someone need to remove their sorry but of there before someone will really lose their temper! I have a video evidence of how they treat customers! 🤬😡👎

    Unhelpful staff, took pre booked parcel force package into them and they refused to take it as it weighed 11kg. Despite it being the recommended local drop off point when I paid for the label and advised it was an 11kg parcel. Asked what to do and whether there was anywhere else nearby to drop it off and they just said they can't help. Called Kingswood post office who have advised they are happy to take the parcel. If you have a car and want a reliable semi local post office then head straight to Kingswood, I will be in the future.

    Rude and unhelpful staff, went to put money on my bank card, given them £80 and after lady turned on her chair and back she said it's £70. Absolute disgrace. Very disappointing, I know, how much money I had going there. Parcels are being weighed and overcharged on several occasions, every question is an inconvenience. The gentleman working there is very polite and helpful, unfortunately can't say the same about the ladies.
