We had a log burner installed a couple of years ago, the experience in the shop was great as was the installation. Unfortunately since that the handle broke, and also the glass cracked- which was fine these things happen however on emailing them to ask about how we go about getting it fixed ie; can we order replacements etc - both times we were met with ‘how unusual’ it was and how they had to be tested to extreme temperatures as if to imply we were lying or trying to get something for free. We were simply trying to get it fixed so we could continue to use it, not be patronised! We did review them positively on fb after getting a what’s app asking us too before all this during covid, which I did as the person explained they were giving out a free brush/cleaning set for reviews (which also didn’t happen) Ultimately the log burner was fine and we still continue to use it and enjoy it but we will look elsewhere for next one.

Just had a media wall installed by Interiors 4 Living. Tiago, in the store, was so helpful and professional. And patient with my unusual design ideas and my changes of mind :-) The installation was very smooth - thanks to Tom and Luke. The plasterer was absolutely excellent - so neat and careful and tidy. All in all, very impressed.

We have recently had a kitchen supplied by interior 4 living. From start to finish we have dealt with the same person, Katie, who has been fabulous. From the initial visit and presentation of our proposed kitchen we have been impressed. Katie was able to design a kitchen that was completely bespoke and fitted to the space required. She listened to all our requests and we are so pleased with the final result. We used our own installer but Katie was on hand for the full process assisting where appropriate. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to others. We also had a log burner installed by Luke and Tom. They were both tidy and really helpful. Again, wouldn’t hesitate to recommend! Thank you!

We have a lovely kitchen designed and installed by Interiors 4 living just over 5 years ago. recently I have approached them to help me change an integrated fridge to either a simple cupboard or drawer unit. After a little blip in communication, due to email process, I am pleased to say that we have been well looked after and look forward to receiving our new draw unit and having our kitchen even more functional and looking great than before.
