Such a shame after all the years trading you are not prepared to sort out an £80 dispute. You did not look into it properly. Far too many staff in their own areas with no care on customer service or retaining our business. To top it off you demand a payment and had missed yet another credit for £600 this time from weeks before on another incorrect delivery where we were short yet again. Staff need more training in all areas as not getting anything right and aftercare is extremely poor. The fact you responded in the manner you did says it all.
