I can rely not only on their fast response times and on-site management when fitting but also on superb post installation service. Disappointing - We acquired a beautiful dining table from a Lema concessioner in Milan 4 years ago. Within 3 months the table started to blister and bubble. When I contacted the brand rep in London, he came and had a look, told us there was an issue with the veneer but that Lema would not accept responsibility for addressing the problem. 4 years on, the table has continued to deteriorate such that we will have to replace it. £3500 for 4 years use doesn’t exactly stack up... Although it cannot be faulted on the aesthetics or design front, qualitatively it has fallen way short of its price tag, not to mention the woeful after sales service. Food for thought for anyone considering sourcing a key piece from them.
