Like a few people really disappointed by the after-sales service. We purchased a Log Cabin and a window is leaking badly. Ian said he would get someone out to me asap. Emails sent but nothing. Unfortunately not too pleased with the quality either if I am honest. When the Log Cabin was being built by a team of Polish guys who were great and the lead guy Maciej told me that Ian just had the log cabins on display but he owned the company so I don’t really know who to believe. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t have used them they just talk the talk. Very very disappointed.

As previous review by Kerry , we too have experienced problems with a leaking roof on our summer house/shed. Very concerning as it was running through onto the electric. They came back to it a few times , patching up the seams , even though Ian said it would be re felted After months of hassle we have paid a professional roofer to come and refelt it before the wood underneath went rotten.Very disappointed .

Honest and fair review . Remember you judge a company on how good they resolve the defect when things go wrong. Positives: Ian is indeed very charming and appears knowledgeable about wood. Delivered on time and erected (June2022) by a sub-contractor (Eastern European gang of men) in a very efficient 1 day. Negatives: After the very dry spell with no rain, it started to rain and the roof started to leak in multiple places!!! This roof was stated by Ian as "never had a problem, you'll never have to worry about it for about 15 years" After contacting him he got the guy who erected the building to contact us. Not sure why as under Consumer Rights, our contract is with him and we paid him £10,000 directly (on time). This guy was very aggressive and generally neither Ian or him wanted to actively come and solve the leaking. After numerous calls, the sub-contractor came when we were out and painted grey sealant over the felt joints. It continued to leak, they were still unwilling to come back to correct the faulty roof. They left a tin of sealant for us to get onto the roof to do ourselves. The roof STILL LEAKS. Apparently the next step they want to do is spread bitumen all over the top??. Personally I'd go elsewhere.A good company would accept their responsibilities and liabilities in an honest and genuine way and not try to pass the buck!

Went in to buy timber for a project. They had the timber , so I asked the salesman if they would please deliver, as I did not have a trailer. Salesman : Where do you live ? Me : Centenary Road Salesman : No mate , not cost effective to deliver to you , as you've not bought enough timber !! Me : Bye !! I would have thought a 3 figure order would have been enough for this company , but clearly not. Oh well , their financial loss , not to mention future orders.
