If I could give Leisure Plus Direct 6 stars I would, as I’ve had First Class service from them this week. Struggling to find a Thule Omnister 1200 in stock anywhere, and sick of companies taking my money, then telling me delivery would be November/December onwards, I decided to email 6 companies to check their stock. Leisure Plus Direct was the first company to come back to me (within the hour), with stock levels. Even though it wasn’t in stock, Kevin spoke to Thule direct, and had it delivered to me next day! Even though at this point, Kevin is on holiday abroad! Kevin has also been brilliant with advice, recommendations, and checking delivery with me and more. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Leisure Plus Direct, and I know I’ll be using them again. Thank you Kevin!

Very disappointed with the service from this company, in short the goods didn’t arrive which I know can happen lost in post etc but the company just kept saying we’ve sent it and no offer to resend or refund. In the end I had to put a PayPal refund request in. Eventually got an apology so thanks for that.

waited 6 weeks for a door handle and was then told out of stock, was happy to wait a few weeks however i called several days and days apart, never answered the phone, emailed several times on different times and never no reply, had to paypal claim-worst customer service ever not even an apology
