    Disgraceful, rude customer service who think it's OK to put the phone down because the call has run past 17.30 instead of giving the contact name of a manager when requested. Many plots have had 12 months of issues with internet constantly off for large periods of time and extremely slow when working. They know that there's a problem with the mast (sector 3 apparently) but continually avoid visiting the park to fix it. Holiday Parks should avoid this company for the sanity of their owners and look elsewhere for a better quality service. I don't leave bad reviews in principal but this has gone on for far too long now.

    Customer service was rubbish and weren't prepared to sort problem out for us. Arrived at holiday on Saturday, couldn't log on and pay for WiFi. Waited to ring them Monday morning to pay over the phone, was told to ring back in the afternoon. Paid and still can't access WiFi. 3 phone calls on the Tuesday and ended up getting a refund on Wednesday. No thanks

    Shame I have to click at least one star because if I could I'd give LPIS what they deserve 'Zero'... Only fair because that's the level of internet connection, support & customer service we've had.. ZERO How they are in business surprises me.. there must be a serious lack of competition and people just put up with them. I for one won't be putting up with them and am cancelling my Direct Debit and more so, will advise to anyone asking about internet "Don't touch LPIS with a barge pole" B.O.S...!!

    Very poor service. Promises made of when the internet would be upgraded to stop continual buffering went on for months, still taking full payments each month when the service was unwatchable. Eventually had enough and got a refund for outstanding months.
