Took my bike in for new bearings in the wheel and new bottom bracket and the bearings in the back wheel was loses and the bottom bracket makes loads of noise when peddling and when I rang them my to say the lad on the phone just laughed down the phone to me I would not trust them to wash a bike

Recently bought a Cube Agree C:62 pro road bike with the help of Ian Gray in store, he was so very helpful and informative and nothing was too much effort. The bike is amazing, what a difference versus my old aluminium bike, so pleased. The staff are polite informative and not pushy. Looking forward to more business in the future.
