A very good service. I ordered a bike from the internet which was assigned to Leisure Lakes West Brom as my nearest store. I got lots of updates about the order and an email to confirm the delivery day. I rang on the day of the delivery and the lady at the store, rang the driver and then rang me back with an ETA. When the driver arrived I was very impressed with the solid rack in the back of the van and the driver even told my wife that I got a cracking deal to pick the bike up for £300. The bike arrived without any packaging for to dispose of and other than charging the Di2 battery and screwing pedals on is ready to ride. I am very impressed with this service and will certainly be using Leisure Lakes again.

Fen Assembly grease. Come on guys tiny tube of grease not in stock. 5 day wait. X3 times I've been for bits, simple bits at that, nothing in stock. I'm cancelling the purchase of the trek from you guys. If you don't stock basic stuff. I'd rather pedal elsewhere.
